31.10.2012 | Administrative court Minden confirms change authorisation
Bad Driburg/Minden. Today, the administrative court in Minden has fully confirmed the change authorisation of the Kreis Höxter and turned down all four charges from neighbours without allowing for an appeal. With this change authorisation, the concerns, in particular those of the administrative appeals tribunal in Münster concerning the secured adherence with the emission criteria, were addressed.
Moreover, the chamber announced to accept the motions for immediate effect concerning the operation. The decisions in all the main procedures of the neighbours involved that were announced today as well as the decisions in the summary procedures, which were announced in tenor, enable the Bilster Berg Drive Resort GmbH & Co. KG to prepare the start of its commercial operation.
The facility, located at the 84 hectares large area of a former NATO ammunition depot of the British Rhine Army, was almost entirely completed in the last few weeks. With the permission of operation, preparations can now be finalised. “We have received the decisions with great satisfaction. We would like to express our thanks to the entire team, the shareholders, employees, consultants and the clients. Now, we will start operations quickly and we are looking forward to the task that is ahead of us,” says Hans-Jürgen von Glasenapp, managing director and project development manager of the Bilster Berg Drive Resort GmbH & Co. KG.
“We are delighted with this decision, because now, planning security has been provided, not only for us, but also for the entire region, which also largely benefits from the new project,” says Marcus Count of Oeynhausen-Sierstorpff, initiator of the Bilster Berg Drive Resort. “Now, things can continue officially. In the past few months, we have received a lot of support, for which I would like to express my heartfelt thanks on behalf of everybody involved. With Bilster Berg Drive Resort, we are happy being able to make a positive contribution to the future of our region!”
